642-S - Rubber threshold ramp - Dextr

The rubber threshold ramp from Dextr bridges small differences in height at thresholds and other transitions. Its sloping edge makes it easier to cross with wheelchairs, rollators and walking frames. The profile is suitable for applications in homes, care facilities and shops, among others.

Design and functionality

Gradual transition: the sloping edge helps bridge the difference in height between two surfaces.
Flexible underside: accommodates minor irregularities in the underlying surface.
Drainage: the shape of the underside allows rainwater to flow beneath the profile.

Optional aluminium fixing profile

The rubber threshold ramp can optionally be supplied with the T 10964 aluminium fixing profile. Once installed, this L-shaped profile holds the threshold ramp in place while allowing it to be removed for cleaning. Simply remove the threshold ramp to clear any dirt accumulated beneath the profile. After cleaning, put it back in place.

Standard profile and custom options

The rubber threshold ramp 642 is a standard profile with a width of 100 mm and a height of 20 mm. These fixed profile dimensions determine the space required for installation.
